The Uponor Factory Experience has long been an integral part of helping our customers see, hear, and feel our unwavering commitment to quality, innovation, and operational excellence that makes us the recognized leader in sustainable building and infrastructure solutions. After a challenging couple of years with supply chain issues, unprecedented demand and transportation challenges this experience is now more important than ever as we rebuild our customer’s confidence in Uponor’s ability to exceed their expectations.
While the Uponor Factory and North American Training Center are back open for tours and events, not all of our customers have the opportunity to participate in the Factory Experience. The goal for the Uponor Virtual Factory is simple. If we can’t bring the customer to the factory…we need to bring the factory to the customer!

Uponor 360 Experience Viewing Instructions The Uponor Virtual Experience includes three different 360° tours: Manufacturing, PEX Lab and Quality Lab. If you do not have a virtual reality headset, there are three additional viewing options as outlined below: |
 Log into the Uponor Pro site to purchase Uponor-branded cardboard VR Google Goggles. Log into your account, select the Training Tab, and complete your order. Get Goggles |
Cardboard Viewing
Unbox and assemble the cardboard device.
Click on a video. When the video opens in YouTube, click on settings, quality, and select the highest quality setting available.
When the video begins, select the VR icon in the bottom right corner, turn your phone to landscape, and secure your phone in the cardboard device. Best viewed seated in a swivel chair.
Phone / Tablet Viewing
We recommend sitting for this experience, ideally in a swivel chair, so you can easily look in all directions while watching the 360 tours.
Computer Viewing
Hold your device vertical for orientation, and click play on a video to begin. When the video opens, click on settings, quality, and select the highest quality setting available.
These 360 videos are best viewed on the 8k setting (if available on your device).
Click the settings icon in the bottom right of the viewing screen (please note this may differ by device).
Click quality, and select the highest quality setting available.
The video can be viewed in 360 degrees by clicking on the screen and dragging your mouse at any time while the video is playing.
